We combined Pilsner and Wheat malts with classic hop additions from Magnum, Perle and Spalter Select for an über-refreshing fruity hit to this Kölsch-style beer. Gentle bready notes lead to a crisp bitter finish, giving an edge to our version of this traditional lager/ale hybrid, native to Cologne.
